Quality Control
Four Gates, Each with a Distinct Role
Quality control does not end with a final spot check. Materials, process, finished goods and stability each cover a distinct stage; weakening any one of them surfaces at a later stage.
In-process Check
Routine patrol on key stages such as emulsifying and filling — recording temperature, appearance and fill volume.
Finished Goods
Routine microbiological and physico-chemical testing against the product standard; release only when passed.
Stability Watch
Stability observation on development samples, informing shelf life and formula freeze.
